Our regular business hours are from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (PST) Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. You can order from our website twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. We keep all items in inventory to the best of our ability so that we can ship your order immediately.

Occasionally, we must back order inventory. When we do, you will be charged for the item on the original invoice and it will be sent to you as soon as it comes in without any additional shipping charges.

PAYING FOR IT

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover, checks drawn in U.S. on a U.S. bank. All foreign orders must be paid by charge card or check in U.S. dollars on a U.S. bank.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

We ship all orders by United States Postal Service. We do our best to ship most orders within 48 hours after we receive them. Unless you tell us differently, we send fourth class media rate. Your order should be delivered within 15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.

Our shipping and processing charges cover much more than simply putting postage on your order and sending it. These costs include: processing your order in our Customer Service Department, receiving and storing goods in our warehouse, shipping supplies, packing and shipping our products in a way that will assure their safe and secure delivery; receiving and processing orders occasionally returned to us, and performing other work associated with these services.

Please allow at least 15 business days before contacting us about your order if it is being sent by media mail.

FOREIGN ORDERS: All orders outside the U.S. must be paid for in U.S. currency through a Bank Draft, a check drawn of a United States bank, an international Money Order, or charged to a credit card. All orders are shipped United States Priority Mail International. Orders will take anywhere from 6-12 days from the date of shipment. Please refer to the International Shipping Table for all shipping costs world-wide, including Canada and Mexico.

We have been pleasing customers since 1980. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days in original condition for a complete refund. We are sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges. All credit card exchanges are handled as a refund and a new order. Refunds will be paid in the manner in which you originally paid. If you paid by credit card, you can expect your refund or exchange within four weeks.A credit will appear on the next or following statement.
