INFORMATION REGARDING ORDERING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Our regular business hours are from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (PST) Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. You may order from our website twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. We keep all items in inventory to the best of our ability so that we can ship your order immediately.
Occasionally, we must back order inventory. When we do, you will be charged for the item on the original invoice and it will be sent to you as soon as it comes in without any additional shipping charges.
HOW TO ORDER
You may place your order online, by phone, or by mail:
• On line ordering is easy, and secure transmitted through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to order.
• To order by phone call us toll free at 800-220-7767.
• Or you may mail your order to: The Bookmark, Post Office Box 801143, Santa Clarita, CA 91380 You can pay by check or credit card.
If you mail in your order, please allow an additional 3-5 days for your order to reach us.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover, and checks drawn in U.S. on a U.S. bank. All foreign orders must be paid by charge card or check in U.S. dollars on a U.S. bank.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
We ship all orders via United States Postal Service. We do our best to ship orders within 48 hours after we receive them. We now ship all orders USPS First Class (under 13 oz.) or Priority Mail ( over 13 oz.). The cost for international orders continues to rise and varies by destination and weight. Accordingly, we will charge a flat rate of $75.00 and refund the difference from actual cost when the package is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All orders outside the U.S. must be paid for in U.S. currency through a Bank Draft, a check drawn on a United States bank, an international Money Order, or charged to a credit card. All orders are shipped United States Priority Mail International. Orders should take anywhere from 6-12 days to arrive from the date of shipment.

We have been pleasing customers since 1980. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days in original condition for a refund. We are sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges. All credit card exchanges are handled as a refund and a new order. Refunds will be paid in the manner in which you originally paid. If you paid by credit card, you can expect your refund or exchange within four weeks. A credit will appear on the next or following statement.
